Elf Poreless Putty Primer
Elf has been crushing it when it comes to their primers! It was tough to narrow down their best primer but I had to go with their OG putty primer. It blurs your pores and smoothes the skin to give a perfected base. You’ll find this primer doesn’t feel like most silicone pore reducing primers, it has an almost whipped consistency that is creamy and easily blendable on the skin. The squalane in this primer helps to provide hydration and a better grip for your makeup. This primer is great for all skin types and will play nicely with most foundations.

Maybelline Super Stay 24H Skin Tint
Even though this is called a skin tint, it’s really a foundation. It has medium buildable coverage and is longwearing, unlike some skin tints. You may think it’s going to be a bit too glowy when you see it in the bottle but once you blend it out on the skin, it will give you a very natural glow! Not only will it provide a great fresh-looking base, but it also has vitamin C in it to help brighten the skin. While I wouldn’t recommend wearing any foundation for 24 hours straight, this skin tint does claim to last that long. I haven’t put this to the test but I have found it to hold up for a full day’s wear! You can get a natural-looking base that won’t break up by the end of the day.
Try it for yourself here at Target or here at Ulta for around $13 to $18.

NYX Bare With Me Concealer Serum
Skincare infused makeup products have really taken over these last few years. NYX’s bare with me concealer is the pinnacle of this. Formulated with tremella mushroom, cica and green tea, this concealer will help to cover dark circles, blemishes, redness and calm irritation while providing hydration. I love this concealer for the undereyes because it provides medium to full buildable coverage without heaviness. I don’t necessarily love the pump applicator but it is very controllable so you don’t pump out too much.
Buy this concealer here at Target or here at Ulta. It costs around $10 to $12.

Elf Halo Glow Setting Powder
Want to get an effortless glow while setting your makeup? The halo glow powder from Elf will do just that! When you’re wearing glowy products or a dewier foundation, you don’t want that glow to get immediately mattified when you set it with powder. This powder is the perfect solution to that because it will set down your makeup and smooth pores while also giving a noticeable glow without looking shimmery. I would probably recommend a different powder though if you have oily skin since this one won’t do as good a job absorbing oils throughout the day. But if you have dry skin, you don’t need to fear setting powder if you use this one. You’ll be able to get all the long lasting wear benefits of a setting powder without your skin feeling dry and without losing your glow.

Well People Loose Superpowder Brightening Powder
If you’re looking to have a little glow but still set your makeup to last all day and keep shine at bay, this powder from Well People will give you that, and more! I’ve been using this powder for over 5 years now and I keep coming back to it. It’s a translucent powder that won’t leave a white cast or cause flashback but will leave your skin with a smooth, radiant finish. It’s formulated with mica to give a glowy finish but I don’t find this powder to be shimmery at all, it gives a very natural glow from within finish to the skin but it also does a good job preventing shine if you’re on the oilier side. This powder is finely milled so it won’t look cakey or settle into lines and is perfect for setting the undereye area.
While it is a little pricier for a drugstore powder, I still put Well People products in this category since they are sold at Target.
Give this powder a try and buy it here on Well People’s website or here at Target for $20.

Elf Halo Glow Contour Beauty Wand
Cream contour products can be a bit intimidating, especially if you’re new to wearing makeup, but this product from e.l.f is so easy to use! It’s a very bendable and forgiving formula so you don’t need to worry about over-applying it because you can easily blend it out. It has a sponge tip to help with a smooth application but I personally still blend it out with my beauty sponge after I place it on my face. This cream contour is infused with 2% squalane to provide hydration and give a hint of radiance while keeping the formula lightweight.

Milani Baked Blush
Milani baked blushes have been a cult classic for over a decade, and for good reason! Made in Italy, their blushes are baked to provide vibrant color with natural radiance while being easily blendable. Luminoso is the OG shade that put these blushes on the map but all of the shades are great in this formula. I find these blushes to be so versatile because they can be built up for a more glam look but they’re also great for everyday natural wear.

Elf Mad For Matte Eyeshadow Palette
When it comes to eyeshadow, the high-end brands usually take the win but this super affordable palette from e.l.f. definitely rivals the high-end competition! It’s an all matte palette with warm and cool shades so it has everything you could need for everyday or full glam looks. The formula is super blendable and easy to build up without any fallout. And the best part is that it’s only $10!! It’s a nice and compact palette that is perfect to throw into your travel bag without taking up much space.
Purchase it here at Target or here at Ulta for $10.

L’Oreal Paris Lineur Intense
I think this eyeliner is super underrated and should get more attention! I’ve been using this eyeliner since high school. It is still my top eyeliner of all time and I love that it’s so affordable. It has a felt tip applicator that allows for a controlled application and the ability to easily create your desired thickness. I’ve found it does not dry out like other liquid liners can and you can easily dab the tip around the edge of the opening to ensure you have just the right amount on the applicator. It’s a long-lasting formula that is easily removed with miceller water or a makeup cleansing balm.
Try it for yourself and pick it up here on the L’oreal website or here at Walmart for around $10.
